🦀 We are excited to announce a fun science field trip and homeschool meet-up to Ken Thompson Park and the Sarasota Bay Mangrove Tunnels! This field trip offers homeschoolers a direct, hands-on learning experience to teach them about our beautiful local marine environment. Join us!
Become Marine Scientists by Exploring Coastal Habitats: We'll explore the mangrove tunnels and take a walk along the boardwalk to make observations and learn more about mangroves and how they protect our coastlines.
Discover Local Wildlife: We'll use dip nets in the seagrass beds to see, identify, and learn about juvenile fish and other marine creatures up close!
